Aldelo Pre-Requisite Installer is a software deployment package that greatly simply Aldelo Software Products that are based on .NET and SQL Server 2005. This installer promotes deployment simplicity and shields users from manually installing .NET Framework 3.5, Aldelo Instance of SQL Server 2005 Express, Microsoft Point of Service for .net 1.12 Runtime, as well as manually registering ASP.NET against Internet Information Services (IIS). You may be required to install this Pre-Requisite Installer and then invoke one or more of the installation options if prompted by the related Aldelo Software Applications in the following sections.

Aldelo EDC is the only Payment Processing Solution fully integrated with Aldelo For Restaurants and is supported 24/7 by Aldelo Support Team. If your restaurant needs to process credit cards or gift cards that is fully integrated with Aldelo For Restaurants, then Aldelo EDC is the required middleware solution to get the job done. There are many different editions of the Aldelo EDC, so before choosing which EDC Edition to purchase, be sure to refer to the Compatible EDC Processor Chart in the 'Aldelo Supported Payment Processors' first.

Additionally, Aldelo EDC Client Application is a fully capable Terminal Replacement that may work in stand alone mode as well for merchants that are not in the Restaurant Industry. Aldelo EDC is certified for Restaurant, Retail, and MOTO, thereby allowing it to be used stand alone as well by almost all merchants. Aldelo EDC also has a published Web Service Methods that allows third party integrators utilize the Aldelo EDC Multi-Processor Switching Payment Technology(tm) without knowing any of the underlying payment processors' integration details. (Aldelo Systems uses Aldelo EDC internally for all day to day payment processing needs)
Aldelo Auto Dialer
Aldelo Auto Dialer is a free add on software that complements Aldelo EDC. This software actively monitors your Broadband Internet connection, and in the event your Broadband Internet is dropped, the Auto Dialer will attempt to dial backup up to four pre-defined Dial Up Internet Accounts defined by the merchant. This ensures smooth and continuous payment processing during Internet outage periods.
Aldelo Financial Integrator
Aldelo Financial Integrator is a free add on software that complements Aldelo For Restaurants. This software can be scheduled to retrieve sales and timesheet data from Aldelo For Restaurants Point of Sale, then integrate into QuickBooks as well as create an export file that match the PayChex Payroll Service Integration Format. Additionally, for restaurants with accounting activities handled in offsite or corporate locations, this solution can also be configured to work in offline mode (import / export method) as well as automated data transfer to Headquarters location via Encrypted Web Services delivery.

Note: XP Home, Vista Basic, Windows 7 Basic are not recommended for use with our software products and may result in functional limitations. Instead, please consider using more full featured versions of Windows instead.
