BioClock is the perfect and most advanced solution for keeping track of employees' attendance. It is designed for companies of up to 3,000 employees.
With a sleek, modern and professional design, BioClock Multimedia is a complete unit that combines a nice color display with audible voice prompts for users. When an employee makes a record, it can display his photo on the screen and the device will state if the record is right or wrong.
Employees can log in with their fingerprint, proximity card (via a reader already built) or through a password typed on the keyboard.
The user can connect the device to the network for online record processing, or transfer the records through any USB device to the computer.
The high quality fingerprint reader is made of glass without a silicone pad (readers with silicon become easily damaged) ensuring long life. Through a webserver installed on the device, you can connect and perform administrative functions, by typing the IP address of the device from any internet browser.
The user can configure a shift change by the internal or external bell. Also, the user may personalize messages to specific employees or groups of employees that will be displayed when they make a record. The package includes the software for the analysis of the records.

Features
Screen
Nice color screen, with up to 10 custom images. It can show the picture of the employee when he performs the record.
Sound
Verification functions have voice audible prompts indicating the result of the operation.
Verification
The employee can be registered by their fingerprint, proximity card (via a reader included in the device) or by typing a password. It can combine these methods or require any employee to use a particular method.
Conection
The device can be connected to a computer for online collection of the records. This connection can be via TCP / IP network (normal), RS232 or RS485.
Offline
Download the records made by any USB flash disk and take them to the computer for analysis with the software.
