RMA Terms

There may be a restocking fee of up to 25% for returned products or for any products returned as defective that have no problems.        
A 10% re-box fee is charged on any box not returned in resalable condition. The customer will be charged for all missing items.        
For customers on credit terms, credit will be applied to your account when the product is received by POS of America. Replacement product wiill be sent upon receipt of product by POS of America. Shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. RMA numbers are valid for thirty (30) days only.
 
NON-DOA RETURNS POLICY - All products
  1. NO open box returns for non-DOA products. Product box must be clean and undamaged, with no marks of any kind. This includes writing, stamps, or shipping labels, i.e., written RMA numbers. All products must be double boxed.
  2. Original manufacturer's packaging, both inside and outside must be used. Returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc., just as the Customer received them.
  3. Customers have 15 days from date of invoice to request a non-DOA return. The RMA # issued is valid for 15 days from issue date.
  4. There will be a restocking fee on returns resulting from customer error.
  5. Non-DOA configured product may not be returned.
  6. For customers on credit terms, credit will be applied to your account when the product is received by Pos Of America.
  7. For customers on C.O.D. or Credit Card status, replacement product will be sent upon receipt of product by Pos of America. If desired, we will send replacement product at your normal C.O.D./Credit Card status and you can request from the credit department a refund/credit to your card when the returned product is received by Pos of America.
  8. Customer is responsible for freight costs when returning product.

DOA RETURNS POLICY

  1. Refer to Manufacturer's Warranties and Returns Policies, available on the Pos Of America web site
  2. If the product is tested and the problem is not duplicated, there may be a no problem found fee charged to the Solution Provider.
  3. Products that show signs of use are not returnable to Pos Of America as DOA.
  4. For customers on credit terms, credit will be applied to your account when the product is received by Pos Of America. Replacement product will be sent in advance, freight free via UPS Ground.
  5. For customers on C.O.D. or Credit Card status, replacement product will be sent upon receipt of product by Pos Of America. If desired, we will send replacement product at your normal C.O.D./Credit Card status and you can request from the credit department a refund/credit to your card when Pos Of America receives the returned product.

Product received without an RMA number or an expired RMA number will be returned unopened. Download RMA form here    

Supplies such as paper, ink, ribbon, pvc cards, etc, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please be sure to choose the correct item.

 
There will be a restocking fee on returns resulting from customer error.

To avoid  additional restocking fees, the following criteria must be met:

1) You must use the original manufacturer's packing, both inside and out side.

2) All returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc just as you received them.

3) Product must be clean and without scratches or usage marks of any kind. Do not write on the box (Customer will incur a 10% re-box fee if the box is not returned in resalable condition). Customer is responsible for freight costs  when returning product.

If product was shipped to you double-boxed, it must be returned doubled-boxed.   

   
       
POS of America does not accept returns of special orders, printheads, Barcode media, Software or Symbol Contracts.  
     
If You send the product to be fixed, please remove accessories. We are not responsible for missing accessories.        
For Walk-in customers our RMA hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
