At POS OF AMERICA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before completing your order.
1. Restocking Fee
All exchanges or returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee or $25.00, whichever is greater. Please make your selections carefully before placing your order.
2. Return Authorization

Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of the POS OF AMERICA invoice.

All returns must be pre-authorized with an RMA number issued by our Customer Service team.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

Products must be returned in new condition and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

All inserts, manuals, and accessories must be included.

Packaging (including external boxes) must be undamaged, unmarked, and suitable for resale.

Returns missing components or with damaged packaging may incur re-boxing fees or be rejected.

Opened or used items cannot be returned unless found defective. Used items accepted for return may be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned once opened, except in cases of defect:

5. Refund Details

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refund processing and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Orders that qualified for Free Shipping will have both outbound and return shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.

Refused packages will be refunded minus shipping expenses.
6. Warranty Information
All products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.
Manufacturer warranties cover repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions provided in the warranty documentation included with each product.
7. Return Shipping Instructions

Ship the item back in a protective shipping box with sufficient packing material to prevent damage in transit.

Include your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
