Returns & Refund Policy
Please make your selections carefully; exchange or return of items will result in a 25% charge or $25.00, whichever is greater as a restocking fee.
We will not accept return of products after 15 days from the date of POS OF AMERICA invoice. All returns must be authorized by an RMA number provided by our customer service and no shipping charges will be reimbursed.
Additional charges may apply for failure to return the item(s) in the COMPLETE original packaging, in the same condition as it arrived. This includes any external boxes used, packing materials, and said packaging is not damaged, marked or otherwise not acceptable for resale. Failure to do so may result in re-box fees or a possible rejection of the return if the product.
Method of refund: to the same form of payment used.
ATTENTION: Merchandise must be received in new condition in original manufacturer's packaging materials with all inserts and manuals.
Opened and/or used items cannot be returned unless the item is defective; any items returned used will be subject up to a 50% restocking fee.
Ink and Toners Cartridges, Labels rolls, Drums, Fusers, cannot be returned once they have been opened, with an exception if you have received a defective item.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable once your order has been shipped; customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise.
If your order qualified for Free Shipping, the outbound and return shipping costs incurred by POS OF AMERICA pricing will be deducted from your refund.
Refused packages will be refunded less the shipping expenses.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement.
Please note: All our products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise).
The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth, the complete warranty is included with the product.
