The $59.00 charged today corresponds to the POS of America administrative processing fee, which covers account setup, onboarding, documentation processing, and initial service activation. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The monthly support contract will become effective only after the DocuSign agreement has been received, reviewed, and approved by pcAmerica.
